Dr. David W. Pearson, a prominent psychologist and noted behavioral scientist, provided consultative services to businesses for the greater part of three decades. In addition to having written numerous papers on "The Effects of Stress on Performance," "Personality Assessment," and "Behavior Modification," Dr. Pearson was quoted in such distinguished publications as The Wall Street Journal and Newsweek Magazine.

Dr. Pearson authored "how to" handbooks on affirmative action plans for the Federal Government and co-authored Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.

Dr. Pearson is a nationally recognized authority on employment practices and behavioral tendency profiling. In these capacities, he has advised such familiar companies as Kraft Foods, Shell Oil, Adolph Coors Company, and Frontier Airlines. Additionally, Dr. Pearson has shared his expertise with government agencies including the U.S. Air Force, EEOC, OFCCP and FAA.

Dr. Pearson's profiling instruments received the "ultimate approval" after being accepted by a federal court as having met the stringent EEOC guidelines on testing.

Dr. Pearson currently serves as the Chairman Emeritus of MindData Systems, Ltd. and directs the company's efforts to develop additional employee competency and aptitude instruments.
